  • Missed Deadlines: If we fail to deliver your project within the agreed timeframe and no prior extension was mutually accepted.

  • Plagiarism: If verified plagiarism is found in the delivered work (must be supported by a plagiarism report from a recognized tool).

  • Failure to Meet Specifications: If the completed work does not align with the original order requirements as agreed at the time of purchase.

  • Non-Delivery: If the service provider fails to deliver the project entirely.

2. Refund Request Process

  • Requests must be submitted via [official email / client portal / support channel] within 7 calendar days of order delivery (14 days for long-term projects such as dissertations).

  • Clients must provide:

    • The order number

    • A clear explanation of the issue

    • Supporting documentation (e.g., plagiarism report, comparison with original instructions).

  • Our Quality Assurance team will review each request within 5 business days and provide a decision.

3. Refund Scenarios

  • Full Refund (100%)

    • Project not delivered.

    • Proven plagiarism above acceptable academic thresholds.

    • Delivered work is completely unrelated to the original instructions.

  • Partial Refund (up to 50%)

    • Work delivered late but still usable.

    • Some, but not all, requirements were met.

    • Order cancelled after work has already begun.

  • No Refund

    • Dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences (e.g., writing style or tone) when original instructions were followed.

    • Client fails to provide necessary materials, instructions, or responses on time, causing delays.

    • Requests for changes beyond the original scope of work.

    • Refund requests made after the eligible time period.

4. Revisions Before Refunds

  • Clients are encouraged to use our free revision policy before requesting a refund.

  • Refunds will only be considered if issues persist after reasonable revision attempts.

5. Dispute Resolution

  • If a client disagrees with a refund decision, the matter may be escalated to our Dispute Resolution Team.

  • Our goal is to resolve all disputes amicably and fairly, prioritizing transparency and trust.

  • If necessary, disputes will be handled in accordance with the governing laws of [Your Country].

6. Final Provisions

  • Refunds, when approved, will be processed immediately but in any technical issue arises it can take 7–10 business days using the original payment method.

  • By placing an order, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
